HaKi Coach Certification: Energy-Based Coaching Communication
Grow into a complete Energy Coach: learn to teach all 12 energy-performance principles to your team across a full season, backed by the communication skills - with players, parents, and leadership - that make that teaching actually land.
The Same Tools I've Used at the Highest Level - For Every Level
I'm Pierre DeBar, founder of HaKi Energy Systems. For over twenty-five years I've worked with athletes across the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLS, and the Olympic Games - but the coaches who get the most out of this system are often the ones working with a group of ten year olds on a Tuesday night. My goal with this certification is simple: hand you the same tools I've used at the elite level, translated into real scripts and frameworks you can use this season. No jargon, no theory you'll never touch - just what works.
